The Shambhala Meditation Centre offers meditation instruction free of charge, every week during our open house evenings. Please feel welcome to drop by.
Practice and Study
The Shambhala Meditation Centre provides many opportunities to practice and study meditation, Buddhism, and the contemplative arts. We also offer weekend workshops in Shambhala Training - a secular path of meditation, which can benefit people of any spiritual tradition and way of life.
