Introduction to Meditation

This half-day program - offered on the first Saturday of every month - introduces beginners, and those wanting a refresher, to the practice of meditation. The program includes meditation instruction with a qualified instructor, short practice sessions, talks and discussion. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Meditation cushions and mats are provided.
No experience necessary! Everyone welcome.
This introduction to meditation is part of our week-long, winter meditation intensive.
Cost: By donation. Preregistration is not required.
