Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist-inspired path to recovery and a community that uses the practices and principles of meditation, mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness, kindness and generosity to heal the suffering addiction has caused us as well as our loved ones. Our path of practice is called the Four Truths of Refuge Recovery. It has proven effective for those who have committed to it. We feel confident in the power of the Buddha’s teachings, if applied, to relieve the suffering of addiction in anyone's life.
