    Anxiety is a powerful energetic experience, one that demands our attention. However, what can we do when anxiety persists despite our best attempts to find relief? One option that may seem counterintuitive is to actually make friends with our anxiety.

    Craig Mollins is a long time student and teacher in the Shambhala tradition. He has lived with Tourette Syndrome and various levels of anxiety since early childhood.

    This event is part of our regular Wednesday evening program which includes group sitting from 7pm to 8pm. Meditation instruction is also offered at 7pm.
