    What is contemplation? What is compassion? Join us to learn about the formal practice of meditative contemplation, with a focus on cultivating compassion for ourselves, others, and society. We will use the following text: Turning the Mind into an Ally, by Sakyong Mipham.

    This event is part of our regular Wednesday evening program which includes group sitting from 7pm to 8pm. Meditation instruction is also offered at 7pm.
