    Everything is impermanent, so most of us will one day experience physical pain or discomfort. Many of us already live with an occasional or chronic condition that makes it difficult to lead our lives with positivity. Join us on Wednesday, May 29, to learn some mindful techniques that may give you some tools to work with your pain or discomfort.

    This event is part of our regular Wednesday evening program which includes group sitting from 7pm to 8pm. Meditation instruction is also offered at 7pm.
