Meditation Session - Thursday Mornings at the Shambhala Centre and Online

    Join us for this weekly meditation session from 10 to 11am.

    The session will begin with 25-30 minutes of silent meditation. Light guidance will be provided when new meditators are participating.
    Following the meditation we will join in a reading and discussion circle, reading from How You Live is How You Die by Pema Chödrön. Participants do not need to have a copy of the book.

    There is no need to register.

    To attend in person, just drop in at the Shambhala Centre.
