Please join me at the Toronto Shambhala Center this and every Friday beginning Sept. 6th from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM for an extended mix of sitting and walking meditation and book study.

We are currently reading Rebel Buddha by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche. About this book, Pema Chödrön says, “Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche shatters old myths and sweeps away cultural baggage, presenting the essence of the Buddha's teachings in a fresh, contemporary voice. With uncommon clarity and authority, he offers a new vision for the future of Buddhism that is at once shocking and hopeful. This is a small book with a big message that is timely and important.”

Online Participation: While the social break is in-person only, we will do our best to make the meditation practice periods and discussions available online via this Zoom link

This program is free, but registration is encouraged. It will help us plan and alert you of any cancellations.

I look forward to meditating and discussing with you!
