What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa yoga, also known as "flow," is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move seamlessly from one to another using your breath. In this class, you can expect creative sequences with a focus on restoration in the first half and mindfulness in the second half.
Meet your teacher
Shalini (she/her) is a 200-hour certified Yoga teacher from Downtown Toronto. She invites people from all sorts of practices and backgrounds to partake in her yoga classes. Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice or start fresh on this journey, this class will be accessible to you.
After running a successful limited series in September, Shalini is back with these regular weekly drop-ins. Please show your support and register below.

Drop-in: $20/class
10-Class Series: $150 ($5 per class discount)
