Winter Meditation Intensive

    Group practice is a powerful support for individual meditation practice. Meditators at every level of experience are welcome to join in for some or all of this week-long daily practice event.

    The week begins with an Introduction to Meditation on Saturday January 4, and runs daily from January 5 to 12.

    Each meditation session consists of sitting and walking meditation.

    Qualified meditation instructors will be available for meditation instruction and meditation interviews upon request. Everyone welcome.
