How can we relate with the world in a more open and spacious way? How can we have the confidence and wisdom to work with obstacles and bring this experience of openness and trust into our families, our relationships, work, and the larger community?

Join us for this special program with senior Shambhala teacher Acharya Adam Lobel.

Full Weekend or Saturday Only Program

You are welcome to join us for the entire weekend program, both Saturday and Sunday, or for the Saturday only.

On Saturday we will work with our own minds and experience, exploring how we can relate with the world in a more open and spacious way.

On Sunday, we will look at how we bring these views and practices into our families, relationships, work, and communities.

    Everyone welcome!
