Everyone is invited to join us for the Full Moon Shambhala Sadhana, a community gathering involving practice, engaging conversation, and yummy food.

The Shambhala Sadhana is a group meditation and chanting practice that invites us to connect with basic goodness – in our self, others and society – in a gentle, contemplative way. Written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, the Shambhala Sadhana deepens our feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society.

We practice the sadhana once a month, on the Saturday on or closest to the Full Moon, a time when the solar and lunar energies are in balance, affording opportunities to align one's own energy and intention.

A light meal will be provided and everyone is invited to bring a food offering as they feel inspired.

New to this practice? Not to worry, chanting and the context for this practice will be introduced by senior teachers and students.

Doors open at  6:30 pm , Shambhala Sadhana begins about 7:00 pm, followed by food, refreshments and more conversation.
