    This three-hour program  introduces beginners, and those wanting a refresher, to the practice of meditation. The program includes meditation instruction with a qualified instructor, short practice sessions, talks and discussion. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Meditation cushions and mats are provided.

    No experience necessary! Everyone welcome.

    Cost: By donation. Preregistration is not required.
